3-9. Leadership Pool Bonus

| Once YOU achieve the Rank of Silver Director or above and have |
| a certain number of ‘active’ members on your generational team |

3-6. Monthly Uni-Level Commission
| You will earn a BINARY MATCH when someone you have personally enrolled earns |
| a TEAM BINARY BONUS. You can qualify to earn the BINARY MATCH |
| paid through 5 generational levels of Associates. |
3-5. Matching Bonus
| You will earn a BINARY MATCH when someone you have personally enrolled earns |

3-4. Rank Override
| Once you achieve the Leadership Rank of Director or above you will earn an additional |
| RANK OVERRIDE each time you earn a TEAM BINARY BONUS from that point on. |
